HOMOTOXICOLOGY TO HOMOTOXICOLOGY TO RESTORE HOMEOSTASIS

What is Homotoxicology?

Homotoxicology is the investigation and elimination of autotoxins that accumulate within the body and cause damage. It is NOT Homeopathy as such, but a related discipline, founded in Germany in 1952 by Dr. Reckeweg as an extension of classic Homeopathy. Dr. Reckeweg started with the principles of classical Homoeopathy integrating these with new advances in biochemistry and embryology. Today Homotoxicology is seen as a bridge between Homeopathy and conventional Medicine.

Homotoxicology is a system of medicine that aims to induce regulation (it is also known as ‘regulation therapy’).

Homotoxicology generally uses formulations that contain active ingredients such as allopathic or herbal remedies, but homeopathically prepared, therefore not causing any side effects or suppressing symptoms. Homotoxic treatment is being used successfully in chronic diseases, inflammatory conditions, allergies, food intolerances, slowing the ageing process and in conditions such as:

  • Paresis, neuralgia, toxic neuritis, vegetative dystonia, migraine
  • Eczema (neurodermitis), itching (including pruritus vulvae), psoriasis, vitiligo, pemphigus, scleroderma
  • Bronchial asthma
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Gastric and duodenal ulcer, hepatosis, cirrhosis of the liver and injurious hepatic disorders, pancreopathy
  • Kidney disease, e.g. nephrosis and chronic nephritis
  • Hormone dysfunction and dysregulation of endocrine glands, e.g. diabetes mellitus, over- and underactive thyroid
  • Myocardial impairment, angina pectoris, treatment subsequent to myocardial infarction, arteriosclerosis, cerebral sclerosis
  • Pre-cancerous and neoplasm phases within any tissue
