Therapies

Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin disposable needles into acupuncture points. This needling aims to correct and balance our natural energy flow. Regulating the Qi flow and clearing blockages helps achieve a cure for physical and mental disorders.

Moxibustion works by warming targeted points or areas by indirectly burning herbs on them. This element of the treatment promotes the flow of Qi and blood.

Cupping is a method where mild suction is applied to acupuncture points and the area where energy is blocked, in order to regulate Qi flow. It promotes the circulation of Qi and blood and thus leaves you with sensations similar to those following a deep tissue massage.

Tui Na massage is a highly effective adjunct to acupuncture therapy and uses a combination of specialised massage and manipulation techniques to correct Qi flow.

Cosmetic Acupuncture is an effective, non-surgical treatment to reduce sign of ageing. The stimulation of acupuncture points can help facial revitalization, reduce lines and generate glowing complexion.
