HOW IT WORKS

Three ways to take a room.

Whether you're building a London practice, running a clinic a few days a week, or in town for a one-off day, we have an arrangement that fits. Pricing is transparent and inclusive of utilities, WiFi, and use of the shared reception.

Full-time

A room of your own, five days a week, with your name on the door. The right fit for practitioners building a permanent London base.

Suits: established GPs, consultants, osteopaths, and practitioners returning to in-person work full-time.

Part-time

A clinical room for a single day, or an occasional one. Fully serviced, ready to use, with shared reception cover.

Suits: part-time GPs, visiting consultants, acupuncturists, and complementary therapists.

Fixed sessions

The same one or two days each week, on a rolling commitment. Build a regular caseload without taking on a full-time lease.

Suits: visiting practitioners, satellite clinics, locums, and overseas doctors holding occasional days.

A welcoming waiting area where your patients are greeted on arrival, with seating, plants, and natural light.

Heating, electricity, water, and daily cleaning of all common areas are included. No separate bills.

What's the minimum let term?

Full-time and part-time arrangements typically start on a three-month rolling basis. Day hire has no minimum, and rooms can be booked one day at a time.

Can my patients book directly with me?

Yes. You can manage your own bookings, billing, and patient relationships. We provide the space, reception, and address; how you run your practice is yours.

What insurance do I need?

Every practitioner must hold appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance for their discipline. We'll ask for confirmation of cover before your first session.

Is storage available for my equipment?

Full-time rentals have lockable storage within their room. Day-hire and sessional practitioners can arrange limited storage on request, subject to availability.

Are rooms suitable for aesthetic treatments?

Yes. Several rooms are configured for cosmetic and aesthetic work, with good natural light and appropriate clinical fittings. Tell us what you offer when you enquire and we'll match you to the right room.

Do you offer a virtual address only?

Possibly — please arrange with the clinic directly.
